Overview

On-device LLMs offer us a decoder ring to complex Minnesota state legislation, both for AI summaries and translation to 30 languages.

I built a side project and delivered it to Android, iOS, Web, Windows, MacOS, Linux, and server using a monorepo with shared code across all of these platforms. All in only a few weekends using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform technology along with a coding agent assist.
